~Teachers, take off $2 from every rate!
~All sessions are one hour. If you'd like a shorter session, just ask.
~If the session is in your home, the price will increase due to travel time and hauling equipment/babies with me. Amount of increase is $5 per session but may be higher depending on where you live.

Bring the kids! I have one daughter and one on the way, so this is a kid friendly place. We've got plenty of toys and snacks to keep them busy for an hour!

PERSONAL TRAINING CANCELLATIONS
Need to cancel? I'm flexible, this is all I ask:
-If I travel to your home, you must give at least two hour's notice.
-If we train in my home, one hour's warning.

WHO AM I?
I was raised in Texas, second in line of eight kids. I moved to Arizona in 2001 to attend college at ASU, pursuant of a degree in Education. Upon completion of my schooling, I taught fifth grade for 2 1/2 years in Gilbert. While in school, I met and married my sweetheart Clint, and have been married for three years. We welcomed our first daughter into the world on April 8th, and having Sage in our lives is the greatest blessing imaginable.
I have always loved fitness; and the feeling of accomplishment that comes from having exerted myself and pushed my body to its limit. I enjoy triathlon and off road adventure racing, and am currently gearing up for my first marathon. My husband and I race with team "Blindside", and are eager for our next race in Prescott!
While fitness has always been a part of my life, I've been in the industry for six years now. I teach several different aerobic formats in many gyms throughout the valley and train from my home, or yours. I am a certified through the Cooper Institute of Dallas as well as AFAA (Aerobics Fitness Association of America) instructor and trainer, Johnny G Spin certified, C.P.R certified, and keep my training up to date by attneding monthly workshops and fitness conventions.
